This is a set of six appetizer/dessert knives made by Christofle, one of France's most renowned silversmiths.

Originally designed for appetizers and desserts, these knives are also often used as main course cutlery in modern times, as traditional main course utensils tend to be larger and more cumbersome.

The model, Marly, was introduced in 1897 and takes its name from Château de Marly, the enchanting retreat of Louis XIV. While the design reflects the richness and elegance of French-style table settings, its botanical-inspired motifs maintain a contemporary appeal.

We currently have two sets (12 knives in total) available. If you purchase both sets, we will include a storage case (please note that the case is not from Christofle).
