Product Pricing
Please refer to the individual product pages for pricing details. Prices are set in euros on our system. As a result, prices displayed in currencies other than euros will fluctuate automatically in line with changes in the exchange rate.
Other Charges
We offer free shipping for orders with a total product price of EUR 200 or more (or the equivalent in the displayed currency).
For orders below EUR 200, the following flat-rate shipping fees apply:
- Mainland France: EUR 15
- EU countries, Switzerland, and the UK: EUR 25
- All other countries: EUR 40

Each item is carefully packaged and shipped from Paris, France.
For destinations outside the European Union, orders are considered exports.
For certain countries, including the United States, import duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout when available. When duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any applicable import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by destination authorities are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
This may include U.S. state sales tax or use tax, which is not collected at checkout and may be assessed by local authorities upon import or delivery.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
For shipments to Japan, generally, there are no customs duties on ceramics valued at under JPY 200,000, but VAT will be charged. For shipments under JPY 10,000, customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are exempt. For more details on import duties, please refer to the following link from Japan’s Ministry of Finance:

Delivery Time
Shipping Timeline
Orders will be shipped within three business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and French public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Further details will be provided via email.
Click & Collect
For Click & Collect orders, your purchase will be prepared for pickup within three business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and French public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. A notification email will be sent once your order is ready. Please ensure you pick up your items within 10 days of receiving the notification.
Please note that during business trips or other periods, shipments may take longer than usual. Any delays will be announced on the top banner of our website, so please check before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Since our products are antique or vintage, they may show small signs of wear, such as minor scratches, due to years of use. While we strive to provide the highest quality products and detail any imperfections in the product descriptions, please be aware that small damages may sometimes be overlooked. We encourage you to carefully review the product images and descriptions before purchasing.
Returns are only accepted if the item differs from what was ordered or is damaged. -
Shipping Damage
We ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However, in the rare case that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with photos that show the condition of the product. We will file an insurance claim with the carrier and issue a refund.
If you notice damage to the package upon receipt, please open it in front of the delivery person and check for any damage to the product. Take photos of the package before and after opening, and include pictures of the product’s condition. If damaged, ask the delivery person to record the incident on the delivery receipt. Please contact us with the photos and delivery receipt within 2 days. -
Partial Damages in Sets
If part of a set is damaged, we will only refund the damaged portion. -
Completed Deliveries
Once the carrier’s tracking system shows that the item is marked as "delivered," the delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for any incidents (damage, stains, or loss) that occur after delivery, and we cannot offer refunds.
Return Policy
As our items are antique or vintage, we generally do not accept returns.
Items are not eligible for return if they were damaged due to customer use, if they did not meet your expectations, or if there was a difference in color. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
Once payment is completed, we do not accept order cancellations. We are also unable to offer refunds for items lost or returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
If there is an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or refund. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with photos detailing the issue.
