Returns

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Since our products are antique or vintage, they may show small signs of wear, such as minor scratches, due to years of use. While we strive to provide the highest quality products and detail any imperfections in the product descriptions, please be aware that small damages may sometimes be overlooked. We encourage you to carefully review the product images and descriptions before purchasing.
    Returns are only accepted if the item differs from what was ordered or is damaged.
  • Shipping Damage
    We ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However, in the rare case that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with photos that show the condition of the product. We will file an insurance claim with the carrier and issue a refund.
    If you notice damage to the package upon receipt, please open it in front of the delivery person and check for any damage to the product. Take photos of the package before and after opening, and include pictures of the product’s condition. If damaged, ask the delivery person to record the incident on the delivery receipt. Please contact us with the photos and delivery receipt within 2 days.
  • Partial Damages in Sets
    If part of a set is damaged, we will only refund the damaged portion.
  • Completed Deliveries
    Once the carrier’s tracking system shows that the item is marked as "delivered," the delivery is considered complete. We are not responsible for any incidents (damage, stains, or loss) that occur after delivery, and we cannot offer refunds.

Return Policy
As our items are antique or vintage, we generally do not accept returns.
Items are not eligible for return if they were damaged due to customer use, if they did not meet your expectations, or if there was a difference in color. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
Once payment is completed, we do not accept order cancellations. We are also unable to offer refunds for items lost or returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs
If there is an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or refund. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with photos detailing the issue.
